FAQ
What is permanent jewelry?
We use 2 types of metal that will not tarnish or fade including 14k gold & sterling silver. Once you pick your chain we will fit it to your wrist, ankle, finger, toe or neck and weld the chain together. If you decide to remove your chain you can cut the jump ring with scissors at anytime.
Do you have a non-permanent option?
Yes! If you don't love the idea of it being permanent but you love us and our chains we would be happy to provide a clasp for free when you pick your chain.
Does it hurt and who should not get permanent jewerly?
No, this process does not hurt at all. All consultants are trained and protect your skin with a leather strip. You will not feel any pain. If you have a pacemaker it is not recommended to get permanent jewelry due to the welding process. But we do offer clasps so you can enjoy being a part of the experience. If you have allergies to any metals the jewelry is not recommended.
What is your return policy?
All sales are final at time of purchase, no returns or exchanges.
What happens if my chain breaks?
Permanent jewelry is very durable, but like any type of fine jewelry it will break if stressed excessively. We will reweld once for free and after that it is a $10 fee.
Can I take my permanent jewelry off?
Yes. Just cut the jump ring! Call us if you want to put back on or add a clasp.
How to care for my jewelry?
Clean your jewerly with a mild soap and water or jewelry cleaner often. Keep it away from chemicals and perfume. We provide a polishing cloth with each purchase for you to use as well.
What ages can get permanent jewelry?
We will put permanent jewelry on anyone that is 5 years and older. We do recommend a free added clasp for children due to sports and the fact they are still growing. Please check the jewerly often on children to ensure it is not to tight, as we size our jewelry to fit and they grow like weeds!
